Updates marshmallow to 4.3.0 for Python >= 3.10 environments to address a denial-of-service vulnerability in Schema.load(many). Note: marshmallow 4.3.0 requires Python >= 3.10. For Python 3.9 environments, marshmallow is updated to 4.0.1 which remains in the affected range (< 4.1.2).
