NPM release for 0.0.3 and master changes #6

Hi,
I spotted some licensing problems with this package that seem to have been resolved in #4 and #5, but an updated NPM package hasn't been released. NPM has the latest version of 0.0.1 (where repo has 0.0.3).
Would we be able to get 0.0.3 published on NPM and perhaps a new release including #5 in the NPM package.
EDIT, seems there is two NPM packages indexof and component-indexof and this repository is for both. The latter has a 0.0.3 release but doesn't contain a LICENSE.
