Basic styling for all tooltips #18
Description
it'd be nice for tooltip to have basic styling so it's not broken on install. I don't like that we have to require a theme for everything.
Some themes are also missing some of the tooltip directions, which causes more problems. Ideally tip could provide all the basic styling for all the directions and themes could simply add background, color, border, etc.
