also minor CSS change - remove black background for `.tip` so that we can see the arrows in the example
use offsetWidth/offsetHeight instead of clientWidth/clientHeight when calculating tip position add elements with thicker border to the demo page

merge #39 first: it fixes the example page and it's possible to see the problem better
