Allow embedded_block in report to use a URL with /edit

The result does not load into a modal correctly when attempting to use an edit URL, rather than just showing the result. I would expect the dialog to open directly into edit mode.

Think about what happens when saving the form. Should it close, or revert to show. Since we are probably trying to reduce the number of clicks for users editing data, "save" should probably close the dialog.

An example would be:

when the show_as option for edit_item: embedded_block

Without the /edit on the URL we can view in "show" mode. We want to jump straight to edit mode.
