Tentatively updating containerd and errdefs on the release/1.7 branch.
For main, we are still with rc5 right now, which is still on errdefs v0.1.0, so, will have to wait for the next RC I guess?
Second commit does update docker (24.0.7 has vulnerabilities)
CI failures seems to be the "digest not found" errors (1.7 does not have the fixes for that that went into main)
