Create release including container-device-interface bump.

Due to specifically the container-device-interface dependency bump from #1724 it would be good to get a v0.56.1 patch release out (or a v0.57.0 if that is more applicable). The reason is that downstream consumers of both this module and container-device-interfaces have a diamond dependency and may not be willing to consume a non-tagged release.

We are planing a new podman release for next week (podman 4.8.0-rc1) so we will cut new releases for all our the libs before that, you can expect a new release next week.
