Build fails. I think we need to bundle that with a Podman test PR to make sure everything's OK

runc is still bloated: containers/podman#19817

I've reported the issue (opencontainers/runc#4005). Closing this PR for now as I don't see a way to avoid the extra 1M bloat from eBPF:
