rhel copr targets are often outdated causing failed builds and tests. Best to only have CentOS Stream targets upstream, so we ensure everything that enters RHEL at some point has been tested upstream. Signed-off-by: Lokesh Mandvekar <lsm5@fedoraproject.org>
