The `Test w/ Sequoia (currently Rawhide)` and `Skopeo Test w/ Sequoia (currently Rawhide)` matrix entries were introduced when the `rust-podman-sequoia` package (used by the `containers_image_sequoia` build tag) was only available in Rawhide. The package is now in stable Fedora, so move both Sequoia entries off Rawhide and drop the `RAWHIDE_CACHE_IMAGE_NAME` variable along with its keepalive entry in `images_timestamp_update_task`.
