- Add tests for DevNullMailer (no-op mailer)
- Add tests for FileMailer (filesystem email storage)
- Add tests for TraceableMailer (email tracing)
- Add tests for SendmailMailer (bounce mail validation, events)
- Add tests for MailPanel (Tracy debugger panel)
- Add tests for ImapMessage (IMAP message parsing, skipped if ext not available)
- Expand CompositeMailer tests (silent mode, exception handling, cloning)
- Add test fixtures: ThrowingMailer, TestSendmailMailer
