There were some spots with inconsistent indentation. Let's just reflow everything using `jq .`. The downside is that we make `git blame` slightly less useful on this file, but `git log -S` should still be help enough. To verify this patch, use e.g. `git diff -w`.

Other instances use "Git", not "GIT".
We don't carry vendoring for gangplank anymore.
