Add the configuration and client code changes necessary to allow multiple projects to be used at once.
This commit changes the API clients to store specific repo/project, as well as adds a loop to the main function to create clients and run comparison for each configured object.

Add a "projects" key to the configuration file, which allows the application to synchronize multiple GitHub repos and JIRA projects.
