Experiment with using fork of Spectre.Console to clean up output

• Confirm that #Fixed render issue where writeline inside status caused corrupt output #415 #694 spectreconsole/spectre.console#1132 fixes the rendering glitches that are being seen when logging statements are rendered above the progress bar
• If it fixes the issue, do the following:
  • then package up a fork of the Spectre.Console NuGet that includes change and publish it as Corgibytes.Fork.Spectre.Console.
  • Create an issue to monitor for releases of Spectre.Console and switch away from using the fork after an official release is published that includes the fix

Fork created as on NuGet.org as Corgibytes.Fork.Spectre.Console with version 0.47.1-preview.0.29. The source for the fork lives at https://github.com/corgibytes/spectre.console/tree/corgibytes-fork.
