Switch away from Corgibytes.Fork.Spectre.Console

Once a release of Spectre.Console is available that includes spectreconsole/spectre.console#1132, then:

• Stop referencing the fork, Corgibytes.Fork.Spectre.Console, in this project
• Unlist the fork on NuGet.org
