problem with running two 'cortex watch' instances

When a cortex watch is running, start a second one under another project, it will prompt:

Building processes will be delegated to the >>MASTER<< process.

then build and wait. At this time changing file under this project triggers neither this nor previous instance. If restart this cortex watch it prompts the same message, build, then exit 0.
The previous watch instance is not affected.
