Free-Threading Architecture Preparation (Python 3.14)

## Problem
Python 3.14 (Oct 2025) introduces no-GIL free-threading for 2-3x performance. Current code may not be thread-safe.

## Solution
- Thread-safety audit of all modules
- Identify and document shared state
- Add locks where needed
- Design doc for parallel LLM call architecture
