Push regex matching into the NOSQL store where possible

BigTable uses the came regex library as Prometheus I believe, so we could push the matching to the server.

Question will be how this plays with the new index caching, which always fetches the entire row. Thoughts @gouthamve?

With the new index caching this isn't worth doing.
