docs: clarify trigger scheduling

• Add scheduled triggers to the trigger docs in zh/en
• Clarify that file-upload trigger labels are evaluated only on upload events
• Update Cron docs to match coScene trigger behavior: 5 fields, selected time zone, no inline command
