Calibration from TAC to nanoseconds has been moved from MModuleDepthCalibration2024 into its own module, MModuleTACcut. This module also applies a TAC cut, which was previously applied by MModuleUniversalEnergyCalibration. GUIExpo and GUIOptions classes have also been added for the TAC Calibration module.
As part of updating nuclearizer to properly handle TAC and timing, MStripHit has also been updated to hold an m_TAC variable and m_TACResolution variable, and corresponding setters and getters.
