macOS: BundleEntry/BundleExit should be camelCase #6
Description
While building/testing the gain example it was not discovered in Cubase on macOS.
The macOS entry points BundleEntry and BundleExit use PascalCase naming, but all other plugins in my system use camelCase. With uppercase, Cubase scans the plugin but it doesn't appear in the plugin list.
