Quote is loaded twice or more times

Might be related to #6675 or #6710

As I mentioned above, it might be related to a performance issue, but I noticed that quotes started to load twice or more times.

I would be great to investigate this case and check whether something else (slippage recalculation or other parameters that affect on appdata) do not cause this behavior.

To reproduce (case where you will most likely face this issue):

1. connect to a smart contract wallet
2. specify a buy order
3. check how the quote is loading.

It's related to #6675

When eth network is heavy loaded, /slippageTollerance returns different value after every /quote request.
It changes "auto" slippage value and refetches /quote again. And again ...

So you will have this loop until /slippageTollerance returns same value twice.

Should be fixed by #6771
