I've pretty much finished all the documentation. Give it all a read-through and see if there's anything missing, any typos, anything else that needs mentioning, etc. |

Doxyfileconfiguration files, feel free to suggest improvements.I'm going to be opening separate PRs for each file I document, so that discussion can happen on a per-file basis and we can document different files at different times instead of all at once.
