Problem to include header in windows

This might be a Windows issue

I see this:

The arguments setting:
```
--max-configs=1 --premium=misra-c-2023 -IInc --enable=style --inconclusive
```

There is a folder "Inc" in the project folder.

In the editor I have opened the file Src\stm32f4xx_hal_can.c
