Генерируемые файл (CMakePresets.json, директория build) не должны быть в Git. Директория .vscode тоже не нужна, потому что другие разработчики могут пользоваться другими IDE или редакторами кода

Лучше подключить заголовочный файл two-sum.hpp, а не дублировать определение макроса
