Bug description

Subject: Bold font weight is lost/reset in notifications and system UI elements

Initially, I noticed that the system fails to maintain bold font formatting for notifications and certain system interfaces. It has been determined that the font reverts to a non-bold weight every time the UI updates, a new notification is created, or the SystemUI restarts. When adjusting font settings, the bold styling applies correctly to existing notifications, but only until that notification is dismissed or a new one is triggered or SystemUI restarts.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Trigger or receive any notification from any service or application.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Display size & text and modify any font parameter. Change the font and then revert it to default.
  3. Open Quick Settings; you will see the header bolding is now displayed correctly.
  4. Clear the notification and trigger it again. The header bolding will disappear.

Note: if you will not open QS after font settings change, header bolding will not displayer correctly too
