[Bug] Community Gift Subs Not triggering

Current Behavior

Setup community gifted sub, but it won't trigger when someone gifts subs to the community. Ignore related gift sub events is on. Attaching an image below for one of my conditions for gifted sub.
it won't trigger community gifts at all. I had someone gift subs to the community yesterday and tried to re-run it 8 different times, but the event wouldn't launch.
it works fine for a normal sub, follow and a targeted gifted sub

Lately I've had it happen more often that the community gift sub is split into individual alerts (due to Twitch sending it too slow)
However in this case, it sounds like it may be a misconfiguration on the event.

Twitch has been sendign the community sub event last more often. I think we may need to update the way we handle gift subs, pre-emptively capturing sub gift events and waiting temporarily to see if there's a community event. Currently, we need to receive the community sub event before the regular gift subs.

Eventually, we'll be able to better handle this via EventSub chat notifications. In EventSub, chat notifications for gift subs have a property that indicates if they're part of a community gift sub event. However, we're blocked waiting on Twurple support. Once we can consume EventSub chat notifications, we'll revisit this.
