[Bug] Can't use effect outputs in Preset Effect List arguments

Current Behavior

when using shorthand effectOutputs in preset arguments it is casing an error of
WARN Unable to parse variables for value: '$&formatedEmoteData'

Expected Behavior

to pass whats in the effectOutput to the argument,
