[Bug] OBS Scene Transition Started event lost access to the new $sceneName value

Current Behavior

Using $obsSceneName in a Scene Transition Started event yields the old (outgoing) scene name.

Expected Behavior

Using $obsSceneName in a Scene Transition Started event yields the new (incoming) scene name.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Add an OBS Scene Transition Started event.
2. Use the $obsSceneName variable inside of it.
3. Cry at the result.
