[Bug] $channelGoalTargetAmount variable not functioning as intended #2916

Current Behavior
When using the $channelGoalTargetAmount[target] variable, it returns the sub goal no matter what channel goal you specify.
Expected Behavior
$channelGoalTargetAmount[target] should return the specified goal. For example, $channelGoalTargetAmount[follow] should return the follower goal, not the sub goal.
