[Feature Request] Viewer Rank Updated Event Does Not Provide the Rank Ladder Name

Description

The Viewer Rank Updated event does not give the name of the ladder that the user ranked up/down on. This prevents accessing variables like $rankValueDescription[rankLadderName, rankName] during the event. (It's already written in src/backend/variables/builtin/user/ranks/rank-ladder.ts, just not included in the rank variables loader).
