Having two places for dashboard settings seems kinda nonsensical, Consolidate Quick Action settings and Dashboard settings into one button with Tabs.
Additional context
My rationale for this is in the change log I saw the ability to change the dashboard chat font, when looking, I went to the settings panel first, under general, searching for the dashboard options as that is generally where all the settings are. When i couldn't find it there, I went to the dashboard and opened the Quick Actions settings menu by mistake as well. Before looking in the discord to find that Dashboard settings is on the right, where I nearly never interact.
I could be wrong, and this will break muscle memory for some people as it does move existing UI elements.
