It would make sense for the streamer to be able to exempt themselves from command cooldowns on their own channel whilst continuing to have them enforced for everyone else. This setting could exist as a checkbox in the Settings menu ("Triggers" > "Commands"). The main purpose of cooldowns is to prevent spamming (either intentionally by a single chatter, or accidentally by multiple chatters triggering the same thing in quick succession), but cooldowns are always set to the streamer's preference which is a redundant issue if they are the ones then trying to re-trigger that command.
