Confirmation Prompt for Deleting Roles

Description

Roles need a confirmation prompt "are you sure, can not be undone" [ Cancel | Delete ] with cancel being default if any for just 'enter'. Bonus if it can be undone - finding all effects and commands that reference/depend/assign/remove to repopulate etc is an absolute nightmare - "role effect" is easy-ish to find, and a dropdown select .. but all the references within other effects 😱🤕
