Hype Train Progress, Level-Up and End events don't subscribe anymore

Current Behavior

Progress, Level-Up and End events for Hype Trains in Firebot no longer fire

Expected Behavior

These events should fire as expected

Steps To Reproduce

1. Have Hype Train Progress, Level-Up and/or End events set up
2. Receive a Hype Train
3. Observe these events not running properly
