Chat message index option

Description

It would be nice if you could add an index range to the $chatMessage variable that allowed you to pick an index range of the chat message. The particular use case I have in mind is if you're using an event to process messages and want to grab the first word of the message.

For now while this is not implemented, you can use $arrayElement[$splitText[$chatMessage, " "], 0] to grab the first word of the message
