Add Translation API: add support for the `addToTm` option

The 'Add Translation' API allows you to add a new string translation to a project. This API recently got a new option called addToTm which allows you to control whether the translation should be added to the Translation Memory or not.

We need to add support for this new option in the Crowdin API client.
