epoch time?
Why is set to 'Thu, 17 Dec 2015 19:00:00 GMT'?

In develop branch it's just a random date. In final release it would be changed according to the plan.

Don't commit this one too fast, we have added some extremely advanced Stealth features which may also require a hardfork. I will know by wednesday of this week (the 23rd) if the hardfork will be needed or not. |
