Setting 'toxic=false' does not hide toxic conversations in the dataset

Setting the flag toxic to false in the filter-based search does not hide conversations flagged as toxic in the search results.

Example: https://wildvisualizer.com/?toxic=false still shows conversations flagged as toxic.
