[Bug] Beam and shield frequencies < 460THz aren't accessible in GuiSelector popup on non-vertical displays

Issue

On 4:3 or wider displays, frequencies 400, 420, and 440 THz can't be selected from the GuiSelector popup because they run off the top of the screen.

Likely cause

The full list of frequencies requires a virtual height of 1050 to display, and 4:3 and wider displays are limited to 900.
