upload: if any file is skipped due to existing -- log WARNING upon completion or ask

to inform that X files were skipped, and `--existing overwrite` could be added to upload them overriding the ones already there.

Alternatively, if interactive UI is detected, we could make it into "ask" option to be default, and ask on "yes|no|all" .
