Contributor names in the acknowledgments section now link to their GitHub profiles using reference-style markdown. This restores the linkability that was inadvertently removed in PR #16.

Restores hyperlinks for contributor names in the acknowledgments section, using reference-style markdown for cleaner inline text.
These links were inadvertently removed in #16.
