Rejected per canonical decision from Session 09 (September 2025). colored v3 has breaking API changes in Colorize impl bounds and different Windows ANSI handling. We verified v2 works correctly across Linux/macOS/Windows including the v0.2.4 Windows UTF-8/ANSI fix. Migration to v3 is out of scope for this patch release. Added to dependabot.yml ignore list in v0.2.5.
