Create a FreshCodex pane type, built DRY on the already-refactored FreshClaude codebase.

- FreshClaude has already been significantly refactored to support sharing code with other CLI-based AI tools
- Use that shared foundation to create FreshCodex for Codex CLI sessions
- Ensure common components, state management, and rendering logic are properly shared (DRY)
- FreshCodex should handle Codex-specific differences (output format, interaction model, etc.)
