This is a website designed to allow a user to create and manage teams for a tech event, Version 1: 08/12/17
This program is a website a user may use to create and manage teams. The user may generate new teams with names, descriptions, and members. User may then reference the list of teams created to make changes to the title or members.
Program can receive user input (team and member names)
