Documentation of Dapr and Dapr CLI link gives 404 error #950

Expected Behavior
Expectation was that the link provided on the readme file under prerequisite section Dapr and Dapr Cli. redirected to some resources where Dapr and Dapr can be downloaded
Actual Behavior
Actual behaviour was that the link mentioned in the expected behavior section gave 404 error. The link that gaev 404 error was https://docs.dapr.io/getting-started/install-dapr/
Steps to Reproduce the Problem
- Open the readme file https://github.com/dapr/java-sdk/blob/master/examples/src/main/java/io/dapr/examples/querystate/README.md#pre-requisites
- Scroll to the prerequisite section
- Click on the Dapr and Dapr Cli link
- You will recieve 404 error
