Cannot start Dash Core with v0.9-Developer-Preview

Issue

I updated my flawlessly working DET from v0.8.5 to v0.9-Developer-Preview by replacing the executable in my folder. It starts itself correctly without any issues, but now when I try to start core, this message appears:

After clicking OK in the dialogue, the Dash Core starts and after block sync, my DET status became online, and I was able to perform an Identity withdrawal transaction
