The whole generate_compose_yaml.py script is now full of dead code trying to deal with projects residing in the same repository. I will try to see if it can be wholly replaced with the version from https://github.com/data-team-uhn/cards-deploy-tool or even remove the part of the code dealing with docker-compose from the main cards-repo and instead always use the cards-deploy-tool version.
