Add ref-only JSON schema

This PR adds a ref only schema that only contains the fields supported by DABs, removing the noise caused by the interoplation patterns in the schema.

This will be useful for autogenerating DABs documentation. The plan is to always pull in the schema using github APIs (for the appropriate tag for a release).

This schema will automatically be updated on new releases.
