Add build to github actions. Add codecov.yml for codecov integration. Fix IntelliJ gitignore definition.
Note: Jackson has to stay between 2.12.0 and 2.13.0. Reintroduce some exclusions that delta sharing depends on in newer version. Use directly InMemoryHttpInputStream in DeltaSharing. Add expiration time to Profile definition.
Add tests for LocalInputFile class. Improve the tests for DeltaSharingJSONProvider.
